Guidelines for B2B Proposal Submission

Participants interested in the B2B segment are invited to submit a proposal outlining their intended collaboration, partnership, investment opportunity, or engagement initiative.

Proposals must be submitted through the online conference portal.

● Proposal length should not exceed one page (300 words).

● Submissions must be prepared in MS Word (.docx) format only.

● Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and 1.5-line spacing throughout the document.

● The proposal should include the participant's name, designation, organization, and email address.

● The proposal must address the following sections:

→ Topic / Context / Sector
→ Rationale for Participation
→ Proposed Areas of Engagement
→ Expected Outcomes
→ Agenda of Visit
→ Anticipated Impact (PEST Analysis)

● Proposals should clearly demonstrate relevance to the conference theme and identify potential opportunities for collaboration, investment, knowledge exchange, or partnership development.

● AI-assisted writing tools, if used, must be explicitly declared at the time of submission.
