1- Early Bird Deadline: Participants must complete payment by 20 June 2026 to avail the Early Bird registration fee. Payments received after this date may be subject to revised charges based on prevailing costs.

2- Invitation Card: The official invitation card will be issued through the ICMR Portal only after full payment has been received and verified.

3- Payment Proof: Participants must upload a screenshot of the online transaction receipt, bank transfer confirmation, or payment slip through the ICMR Portal immediately after making the payment. Registration will be confirmed only after payment verification.

4- Visa Rejection: If a participant's visa application is rejected after visa processing and documentation have been initiated, applicable processing and administrative charges will be deducted. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded after the end of the event.

5- Non-Refundable Charges: Administrative, banking, transaction, visa processing, and documentation charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6- Currency & Bank Charges: Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or transfer costs shall be borne by the participant.
